great city break stay in galle. the bend exceeded our expectations with comfortable rooms, delicious and ample breakfast choices, and a helpful host. the location was perfect for exploring the fort and the added security made us feel safe.

The Bend is conveniently located in the center of Galle, close to attractions. When I stayed, I thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte breakfast and the free public parking nearby.

Oh, and let's not forget the hilarious staff who couldn't speak proper English. It was a great comedy show trying to communicate with them.

Absolutely amazing location in the centre of it all! Super friendly staff member who let us use the kitchen and made us delicious welcome drinks and amazing breakfast. Free room upgrade with the best balcony overlooking the streets. Spacious and modern room with comfortable beds and TV. Really good value for money!

Felt cared for, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at this small guesthouse in the heart of the Fort area. The corner room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a balcony offering a great view of the passing parade. The rooms are nicely decorated with timber furniture and doors, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast served in the room was tasty and the host was very obliging and helpful throughout my stay. a great little place that I highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice place to relax in the evenings. The breakfast provided was huge and delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan or Western options. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions in the city.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable, and it only worked in the living room. On the last day of our stay, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all because the hotel didn't pay the bill.
